Throughout my PhD journey, I gained skills in proteomics and programming to help decipher the histone PTM language.
In my current postdoctoral work, I am expanding my expertise in liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC MS) and diving into a new dimension of separation: ion mobility. It is the technique I highlighted in my PhD thesis as an essential next step for the histone PTM toolbox, and I am excited to finally explore it in depth.
